• To have been informed that creditors to whom the declaration of assignment is effective and whose rights were born in connection with the pursuit of the professional activity to which a patrimony comprising the aforementioned undivided property(s) is assigned have as their sole general pledge the affected patrimony,
• To have been informed that the same undivided property may be included in the composition of only one affected heritage.
