Obligation to file the declaration of pensions and life annuities by dematerialized means from 1er January 2018 (arrears paid in 2017).

Must visit the Reporting Third Party area of the impots.gouv.fr website (Reporting Third Party/Online Services).

The 2466-T return allows you to declare arrears paid during the calendar year as pensions, life annuities free of charge and life annuities for consideration to your credit holders. As of 1er January 2018, this declaration must be filed by computer (Article 89a of the CGI).
