This procedure is intended for anyone who wishes to apply for a professional driver card for a chauffeur-driven transport car (VTC) by having their professional experience as a passenger carrier recognized.
The procedure is carried out online on the website of the simplified procedures. The registrant has access to the process after creating an account either on simplified procedures or via France Connect.
