Under the Law of 10 August 2018 for a business serving a trusted state (the ) aimed at improving relations between the public and the administration, particularly with the right to error, the Ministry of Action and Public Accounts has opened the website oups.gouv.fr which advises users to avoid errors in their administrative procedures.
For individuals and companies, the www.oups.gouv.fr establishes as a principle the good faith of the citizens and the possibility for everyone to make mistakes in his statements to the administration, without risking a penalty from the first failure.
This site presents:
the main errors made by users in relation to life events as:
private individuals (I move, I lose/I look for a job, I/I take up a professional activity, I live as a couple, I give birth to a child, I declare/I pay my taxes, I separate, I am in a difficult financial situation, I have a disability, I retire, I return to France after having resided abroad, I leave the French territory for a period of more than 3 months...);
