Aid granted to suitable companies shall be revalued

A number of aids paid to adapted companies have been reassessed upwards following the increase in the minimum wage. These new amounts come into effect retroactively to 1er August 2022. Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr gives you a breakdown of all these revaluations.

Adapted companies are companies in the ordinary working environment employing a proportion of disabled workers in their workforce. These companies receive financial support for the employment of each worker with a disability. The aid shown here is being revalued.

Upgraded aid for adapted companies implementing the experimentation of fixed-term contracts as a springboard

Support for adapted companies implementing the experimentation of fixed-term contracts as a springboard has been upgraded. Its annual base amount is now €11,604 (previously €11,376). For Mayotte, this amount is €8,759.

This aid is intended for adapted companies who hire workers recognized as disabled without a job or who are at risk of losing their present job because of their disability.

It helps to compensate for the consequences of the employee's disability and the company's actions in employing disabled workers. This experiment is scheduled to run until December 31, 2022.

Please note

This assistance is paid monthly to the employer. It shall be calculated as full-time equivalent worked on the basis of the number of workers with disabilities eligible for assistance who have worked during the month.

Upgraded aid for adapted companies implementing temporary work

The aid paid monthly to adapted companies carrying out an exclusive activity of temporary work is also increased. This aid also covers the employment of disabled workers who are unemployed or at risk of losing their current job because of their disability.

Thus, the annual amount of this aid is now €4,933 (compared to €4,836 previously). For Mayotte, this amount is €3,723.

This aid is intended to compensate for the costs of employing and training persons to accompany disabled workers.

Please note

The payment of this aid shall be calculated in full-time equivalent worked in the light of the number of disabled workers accompanied and having worked during the month. This monthly payment shall be limited to one twelfth of the financial envelope fixed by the amendment to the contract concluded. In the event of under-consumption in a given month, the corresponding appropriations shall be carried over to the following month(s).

Increase in non-experimental post aid

Apart from the experiments mentioned above, companies may receive monthly aid per full-time working position. At 1er august 2022, the annual amount of this aid shall be increased:

  • €16,986 for workers of under 50 (€12,818 in Mayotte);
  • €17,206 for workers of 50 to 55 years (€12,988 in Mayotte);
  • €17,648 for workers of 56 years and older (€13,321 in Mayotte).

Finally, the aid granted to an employer who provides a disabled worker with an unsuitable company has also been increased. Its annual amount now stands at €4,523 (€3,413 for Mayotte).
