PayFiP is an online payment website developed by the General Directorate of Public Finance. Its objective is to enable the secure payment of public invoices by credit card or single direct debit.

This service is available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Please note

Single direct debit is a method of payment that allows a payment order only for the invoice and amount that are posted. It differs from recurring direct debit.

A device open to professionals

Initially open to public service users, the use of the PayFiP website has been extended to 1er June 2022 to professionals. This device free and secure allows the employer to no longer be subject to the payment ceilings of the credit card thanks to the possibility to pay his public invoices by single direct debit.

PayFiP offers other advantages:

  • possibility for the user to keep bank details provided the first time;
  • pay by one-off levy free of charge.

How do I proceed?

You can choose between two types of payment: payment by credit card or payment by direct debit.

The single direct debit payment is made in different stages:

  1. Authentication with your credentials of the professional space available on Impacts.gouv.fr;
  2. Fill in or select your company's SIREN;
  3. Fill in or select the bank account with which the payment will be made.
