Partial activity: increase in benefits paid to the employer as of August 1, 2022

Since 1er August 2022, the minimum hourly rate of the partial activity allowance paid to the employer is increased to €7.88. Similarly, the minimum hourly rate of the allowance paid to employers with long-term partial employment for non-working hours is set at € 8.76.

Increase in the minimum hourly rate of the partial activity allowance

The minimum hourly rate of the partial activity allowance increases from €7.73 to €7.88 from 1er August 2022.

This allowance, corresponding to 36% of the employee's gross hourly earnings, enables the employer to obtain a monthly refund of earnings paid to employees in partial employment.

Increase in the minimum hourly rate of the allowance paid to employers with long-term partial employment

At 1er August 2022, the minimum hourly rate of the benefit paid to employers with long-term partial employment in respect of non-working hours will increase from €8.59 to €8.76.

This allocation is equivalent to 60% the gross hourly remuneration of the employee.

FYI  

This minimum rate shall not apply where the employee's remuneration is below the minimum wage. It does not apply to employees on apprenticeship or professionalization contracts, freelance journalists working regularly together and travelers, representatives and placers.
