Implemented by the Health Insurance in December 2020, the named pathway Prevention of the occupational disintegration of self-employed workers (PDP TI) is extended until 31 December 2022.
Support for self-employed workers who have stopped work
This system allows self-employed workers, craftsmen and traders who are at risk of becoming unemployed to receive personalized support.
The objective of this service offer of the Health Insurance is to contribute to the resumption of activity of self-employed workers with health problems (disabling diseases, disability, professional wear and tear) while offering them optimal working conditions.
This support first assesses the self-employed worker's ability to re-engage in a professional activity before proposing, if necessary, appropriate measures (vocational reorientation, job accommodation, etc.).
How do I get this support?
If you wish to receive this assistance, you must go to the “My email” section of your Ameli account or call the health insurance social service on 36 46 (free service + cost of the call).
It is also possible for the social service to contact you if you are identified as a self-employed worker at risk of occupational disintegration. In this case, you will be offered a support plan to facilitate your return to work.
You will also be able to benefit from medical and professional consultations that will allow you to evaluate your skills and determine the working conditions that will be favorable to you.
