Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr celebrates its first anniversary

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr, the official administrative information site for professionals and entrepreneurs, is celebrating its first anniversary. With more than 30 million visits in its first year, the site will continue to evolve in the coming months.

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr, a reference site for information and guidance to companies, was launched a year ago. It was created as part of the plan to simplify online services dedicated to professionals with formalities.companies.gouv.fr (one-stop shop for company formalities since 1er January 2023) and portailpro.gouv.fr (unifies the reporting and payment processes of professionals since February 24, 2022).

A positive assessment

In its first year, Entrepreneur achieved a good track record with more than 30 million visits and 78% of users satisfied according to a survey conducted in December 2022. In January 2023, Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr recorded nearly 129,000 visits per day.

Another success is the use of service Companies Square that connects the user directly with a set of advisors who are tasked with supporting the user. This free service is available in various areas such as business development, hiring assistance or cash flow problems.

In 2022, more than 5,000 professionals were recalled by advisors from the service.

Factsheets, news and tools to better inform you

Free, accessible and reliable, Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr brings together more than 532 factsheets for project promoters and managers of SMEs, small and medium-sized enterprises, self-employed people and individual entrepreneurs. Entreprise is aimed at micro-companies as well as businesses. The site supports its users in the formalities they must accomplish during the life of the company.

Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr provides support at every stage of the company's life (creation, takeover, development, management, transmission, transfer) and addresses a multitude of topics: finance, taxation, accounting-invoicing, human resources, trade...

Since June 2022, the site also has a section “News” which provides companies and the self-employed with key and useful information on current administrative events: new legislation and regulations, financial aid, obligations, administrative procedures, recent case law, new online services set up by the administration, important deadlines to be met...

In addition to this content, online approaches, simulators and other relevant tools (document templates, administrative forms, simulators...) are made available to accompany the user.

Finally, a messaging service is responsible for replying to emails sent by users.

The next new features of the site

In 2023, the site will offer new content and features tailored to the needs of users. Soon to be available on Entrepreneur.Service-Public.fr:

  • simplified and more personalized navigation (filters, fiscal and social timetables, etc.);
  • new “How to” personalized pathways to start an activity;
  • a section dedicated to the environment.
