The results of the satisfaction survey of the website bodacc.fr have just been published. In order to meet the needs communicated by users, initial improvements have been made.
From September 20 to November 18, 2022, bodacc.fr conducted a satisfaction survey to better understand the needs of users.
As a result, several elements were highlighted:
92.8% find some or all of what they are looking for during their visit;
89,7 % of users of the website are professionally consulted;
74.3% of users find bodacc.fr easy or very easy to use;
there are problems with the presentation and printing of search results.
The improvements made
To meet users’ expectations, the site bodacc.fr has already made various adjustments to its content.
In this way, the ads are now presented in a more compact manner in order to make navigation faster, simpler and more pleasant for the user.
When it comes to printing ads, only the essentials are now printed. Printing the historical chronological survey of publications is now optional. In addition, each BODACC advertisement is accompanied by a unitary publication cookie, downloadable in PDF format and printable on a single page.
Upcoming developments on bodacc.fr
In addition to the improvements already made on bodaccHowever, further developments are under preparation:
export search results to a downloadable table in csv format
Ability to send a selection of listings to a third party from the results list
Send alert results in a tabular format, with an increased and configurable maximum number of announcements.
increase the maximum number of alerts in personal space (currently 10 alerts).
