You run a food truck? Do you only sell take-out meals? New obligations on the indication of the origin or provenance of meat will apply from 1er October 2023. They concern catering establishments with no consumption room on site and offering only take-out or delivery meals.
Already applied to restaurants, the obligation to provide information on meat extends from 1er october 2023 restaurant establishments without an on-site dining room and offering only take-out or delivery meals. Which meats are concerned?
These new obligations include:
