Commercial and professional leases review: indices in the fourth quarter of 2023

The commercial and professional lease benchmarks of the Commercial Rent Index (CRI), the Construction Cost Index (CCI) and the Service Activity Rent Index (LTI) have been revised for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Published on March 29, 2024 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), new indices for commercial and professional leases were calculated for the fourth quarter of 2023:

  • Commercial Rent Index: 132.63 (compared to 133.66 in the third quarter of 2023);
  • Construction cost index: 2162 (compared to 2106 in the third quarter of 2023);
  • Rent index for tertiary activities: 133.69 (compared to 132.15 in the third quarter of 2023).
