Quarterly reporting of turnover of micro-companies: you have until July 31

As part of paying income tax, your micro-company (micro-BIC and micro-BNC) must declare its turnover. If you opted for the quarterly payment, your next tax return must be filed by July 31.

Unless this is your 1re declaration, you must declare your turnover or revenue by July 31.

This is to report the turnover that your company has made between april and june.

You must make this declaration even if your turnover is zero.

How to make your declaration?

The declaration of the turnover is done online on your Urssaf space. It only applies to money received by your company.

If you do not meet the due date, a penalty of €58.9 and increases on your social security contributions will apply.

FYI  

The option for quarterly reporting is tacitly renewed for the following year.

If you wish to switch to a monthly return in 2025, you must apply by October 31, 2024.

The micro-companies that have just started their activity and of which this is the 1re The declaration must be made before the end of the month following the quarter following the quarter in which the activity started.
