With the aim of further electrifying heavy-duty vehicles, theAdeme: titleContent launched on 12 June an aid window for the purchase of electric heavy goods vehicles for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This device is called E-TRANS.
In order to reduce CO2 emissions, Ademe supports companies in their transition to electric heavy duty vehicles.
The E-TRANS program therefore supports small and medium-sized enterprises and SMEs by creating a window to finance their investment projectsacquisition, of leasing or retrofit (conversion of a heat-driven vehicle into an electric motor) of heavy electric vehicles.
The amount of aid granted may be up to 50 % of the additional cost of acquiring an electric heavy goods vehicle, up to :
- €20,000 per heavy vehicle with a maximum weight of between 7,5 and 12 tons (these vehicles belong to category N2);
- €65,000 per heavy vehicle having a maximum weight more than 12 tons (category N3) non-tractor unit ;
- €90,000 in the particular case of road tractors category N3.
