In what cases can a leader with a liberal activity turn to the houses of the liberal professions?

‘The professional associations bring together the expertise of the ARAPL network and the ORIFF PL network, in close cooperation with the National Union of Liberal Professions (UNAPL).

We support men and women who embark on a liberal activity such as sophrology, reflexology, naturopathy, web design, or coaching in its various forms: sports coaching, parenting coaching, school coaching, etc. The range of liberal activities being extremely vast, this list is far from exhaustive.

For my part, I have been accompanying the creators of liberal companies for less than a year who:

• question the choice ofand their status ;
• want to learn how to manage taxation their company;
• are wondering about the the micro-company or other schemes.

To do this, I lead two-day training sessions, in-person or in-person throughout the Grand Ouest (Rennes, Angers, Nantes, La Rochelle, Royan, Poitiers, Niort, Angoulême...).”

What are your main accompaniments?

“We propose 3 main types of accompaniments :

• a day for the creation of the liberal company for identify the different actors that make up the environment of the liberal professions, the URSSAF, accounting, tax, social protection and insurance obligations to be taken into account;
• a journey 4 days to successfully undertake a liberal activity, by integrating a project methodology and the preparation of its market research, its forecast, its communication;
• an individual appointment which may cover different topics: help with the right choice of status, registration of the activity on the INPI website, market research.’

Do you have an example of someone who is accompanied in their liberal activity?

“Yes, I think of Valerie’s example. Having spent more than 20 years in the insurance industry, his dream was to convert as a trainer to help company leaders deal with stress and emotions. A project that she had been thinking about for a few years, but that she had not yet dared to realize.

When I met him at a forum, I advised him to attend a Micro-Entrepreneur Day. The goal was for Valerie to get a clear idea of the first steps to take to start as an independent trainer. Very satisfied and reassured, she decided to refine her project through a creative journey to establish forecast sound, realize its market research and prepare calmly the creation of his micro-company.
