Commercial and professional leases review: indices in the second quarter of 2024

The commercial and professional lease benchmarks of the Commercial Rent Index (CRI), the Construction Cost Index (CCI) and the Service Activity Rent Index (LTI) have been revised for the second quarter of 2024.

Published on June 28, 2024 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), new indices for commercial and professional leases have been calculated for the second quarter of 2024:

  • Commercial Rent Index: 136.72 (compared to 134.58 in the first quarter of 2024);
  • Construction cost index: 2205 (2227 in the first quarter of 2024);
  • Rent index for tertiary activities: 136.45 (compared to 135.13 in the first quarter of 2024).
