Revaluation of the minimum amount of allocations for partial activity

The minimum amounts of the partial activity allowance and the long-term partial activity allowance shall be revalued. These new amounts relate to the hours worked by employees from 1er November 2024.

Evolution of the minimum hourly rate

The decree of 4 December 2024 increases the amount of allowances paid to the employer using the partial activity scheme as follows:

These new amounts apply to claims submitted to the Agency for Services and Payments (ASP) in respect of employees' non-working hours as of 1er november 2024.

This allowance is fixed at 36% of the employee's gross hourly remuneration for the partial activity and 60% of the employee's gross hourly remuneration for the long-term partial activity.
