Commercial and professional leases review: indices in the third quarter of 2024

The commercial and professional lease benchmarks of the Commercial Rent Index (CRI), the Construction Cost Index (CCI) and the Service Activity Rent Index (LTI) have been revised for the third quarter of 2024.

Published on December 17, 2024 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), new indices for commercial and professional leases have been calculated for the third quarter of 2024:

  • Commercial Rent Index: 137.71 (compared to 136.72 in the second quarter of 2024);
  • Construction cost index: 2143 (2205 in the second quarter of 2024);
  • Rent index for tertiary activities: 137.12 (compared to 136.45 in the second quarter of 2024).
