Commercial and professional leases review: indices in the first quarter of 2025

The benchmarks for commercial and professional leases, namely the Commercial Rent Index (CPI), the Construction Cost Index (CCI) and the Tertiary Activity Rent Index (LTI), have been revised.

Published on June 24, 2025 by the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), new indices for commercial and professional leases have been calculated for the first quarter of 2025:

  • Commercial Rent Index: 135.87 (compared to 135.30 in the fourth quarter of 2024);
  • Construction cost index: 2146 (2108 in the fourth quarter of 2024);
  • Rent index for tertiary activities: 137.29 (unchanged).
