Introduced last year, the job shadowing program aims to put the student in direct contact with the professional world and to introduce him to trades to better guide him in the future.

This internship also has advantages for the company.

Hosting a second general or technological student as part of this observation period allows you to:

• make discover your trades and create vocations ;
• highlight your teams and values on your company.

How do I publish an internship offer?

Submitting an internship offer involves several steps:

1. register on the 1pupil1stage platform ;
2. Fill in your identity information
3. place one or more internship offers on your space and describe the activities and professions to discover;
4. enter the data relating to your establishment (name, address, SIRET...);
5. complete the practical information (hours of work, number of students welcomed during the course...).

You can later modify the offer or duplicate it.

How is the recruitment phase going?

Starting February 13, students will be able to access the offers on "1pupil1stage" and submit their application.

You will then respond to applications on your space in the “My Dashboard” tab, column “Applications”.

Once the candidate has been chosen, formalize the period of internship by signing an observation sequence agreement with the relevant high school and the student's legal representatives.
