An agricultural employer who wishes to hire a seasonal worker may benefit from the exemption from employer social security contributions on low wages. This device called TO-DE shall be extended to December 31, 2025.
At 1er january 2026, it will be possible to benefit from the general reduction in employers' contributions (Fillon reduction).
