The entrepreneur or manager in difficulty can find free help to be legally and/or psychologically accompanied by different associations.

Financial difficulties and legal proceedings can affect entrepreneurs psychologically and physically. So it's important for the entrepreneur in distress to get help. Several groups are tasked with helping company leaders in distress.

What is Apesa's mission?

The network Psychological Assistance for Entrepreneurs in Acute Suffering - Apesa has the mission to help entrepreneurs who have experienced a professional failure, to recover the slope. The idea is to make them understand that failure is only “the first step of a rebound personal or professional”.

The associations of the Apesa network work in collaboration with the different interlocutors which can intervene when an entrepreneur is in trouble. These include, for example, commercial courts, accountants, legal agents or liquidators, or consular chambers (CCI: titleContent, CMA: titleContent, ...). Their mission is to give the tools for detect distress among entrepreneurs and their propose solutions to their psychological suffering.

Heads of company can thus benefit from rapid, free, confidential psychological care by psychologists who specialize in listening to and treating moral suffering.

Is the aid paid for?

The psychological help offered by Apesa is free. It comprises in particular 5 sessions completely free with a psychologist.

What is the mission of the Amarok Observatory?

The Amarok Observatory aims to preserve physical and mental health entrepreneurs whose company is in trouble. It has a dual mission:

  • Societal mission : Raise public awareness of the importance of the physical and moral condition of entrepreneurs
  • Scientific mission : Linking medical science and entrepreneurial science

It offers heads of company and employers' federations prevention and assistance measures through training. They are intended to raise awareness of the occupational health risks and promoting good practice among leaders. The Amarok Observatory also has a listening platform for leaders in distress.
