Loan Contract Declaration (Form 10142)

Form only in French.

Declaration to be signed to the tax authorities by persons entering into a loan agreement.

Contains an explanatory note (on the back of the form), as well as an annex n°2062 A (in case of multiple loans with an overall amount exceeding €5,000).

If you are an individual, you must file the return at the same time as your next annual income tax return.

Please note

Bank loans are not covered by the loan declaration. In addition, if an intermediary intervenes in the loan (conclusion or drafting of the contract), the declaration is the responsibility of the intermediary.
