Only individual contractors and businesses benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme may lodge a paper-based European Services Declaration (DES) with the customs administration. Other taxable persons must submit their declaration using pro-customs online service.
The DES allows a service-providing company which has made a transaction with a company established in another EU country, and which has invoiced tax-free, to report all transactions made, by 10e working day of the following month.
