National Institute of Industrial Property (Inpi)
Allows the filing of French, European and PCT patent applications, as well as additional documents for the French procedure.
A secure paid service, with a renewable one-year subscription contract, developed in collaboration with the European Patent Office.
This right is available to agents authorized to represent applicants and to companies applying for patents on their own behalf or on behalf of a company or a public establishment contractually linked to it, provided that they employ a qualified person bearing the mention of specialization in patents or have a facility for the filing and exploitation of patents.
