Declare in the town hall a furnished tourist or a bed and breakfast

This online service allows you to make your declaration in the town hall of a furnished tourist or a bed and breakfast.

Once completed, the form is automatically sent to your city hall, if it uses this online service.

If not, you must download the completed form online and print it.

You must then send it to your town hall either by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by depositing it on the spot in town hall.

FYI  

Some city councils have their own online declaration online service on their county’s website. You must then complete the reporting process by creating an account. Your furnished apartment or bed and breakfast receives a registration number which you must post on your rental ads and bookings.
