Concerns organizations wishing to be registered under the research tax credit as a research or innovation provider.

For 1st demand

The file must be sent to the ministry responsible for research between 1to January and 31 March of the year requested. In the case of applications made after 31 March, approval shall be granted from the following year.

For Renewal

The application for renewal of a license must be sent to the research department before December 31 of the last year granted. In the event of a request made after 31 December, the request for renewal for the following year shall be rejected.

The application for approval must be made primarily through the online approach, which is the quickest route. If this is not possible, the file can still be sent by post from the cerfa and the associated notice. His treatment is not a priority.
