Applying for the Research and/or Innovation Tax Credit (Cir-CII) - Organization (Form 10198*10)

Concerns organizations wishing to be approved under the research tax credit as a research or innovation provider.
For a 1st request
The file must be sent to the Ministry responsible for research between 1er January and March 31 of the year requested. In the case of an application made after 31 March, approval shall be granted from the following year.
For Renewal
The request for renewal of a license must be addressed to the Ministry responsible for research between 1er September and November 30 of the last year granted.
In the case of an application made after 30 November, the application for renewal for the following year shall be rejected.
