Urssaf

The DPAE replaced the Single Declaration of Employment (SOE).

It makes it possible to carry out the mandatory formalities with the Urssaf in a single step:

• Declaration of 1^re hiring in an establishment
• Registration of the employer with the general social security scheme and with the unemployment insurance scheme, in the case of a 1^er salaried worker
• Application for registration of the employee at the CPAM: titleContent (where he already has a social security number)
• Employer's membership in an occupational health service
• Request for medical examination of the employee's employment, for the compulsory medical examination
• Pre-establishment of the annual declaration of social data (DADS)

Free access after authentication of the Siret number.

Replaces the old employee registration form (Cerfa No. 12044) which is no longer in effect.
