Allows the employer who wishes to send an employee on a professional assignment abroad, or to extend this secondment in the context of a mission outside France, to allow the employee to benefit from his maintenance under the French social protection system.
The effect of the posting is to maintain the employee's liability to French social security, provided that the employer continues to pay all contributions to the French body responsible for recovery (Urssaf or MSA).
To be completed by the employer who sends it to the sickness insurance body corresponding to the company's registered office.
