Request for the detention of counterfeit goods (Online Service)
If you are the holder of one or more intellectual property rights and you want to strengthen their protection, you can file a request for action with Customs.
This application for assistance may be valid for France or for the European Union.
It brings suspect products to Customs’ attention and facilitates their interception.
FYI
You must have a unique Community Identifier Number (EORI) to submit a service request.
