You must complete a change or cessation of activity formality in respect of a foreign company, whether an individual or a business, carrying on business in France without an establishment. The one-stop-shop for company formalities will soon enable you to complete your formality online.

In order to inform the administration, you must fill in the company form: EE2-EE4 for one or more changes to the company or for the cessation of its activity in France.

File it or send it with the necessary supporting documents to:

• of the General Directorate of Public Finance if the company does not employ an employee under a French social security scheme: by e-mail: guichet-formalites@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr
• or the URSSAF if the company employs one or more employees under a French social security scheme: by e-mail to sfe[@]urssaf.fr or by post to the following address: Service Firmes foreigners - URSSAF Alsace - TSA 60003 - 38 046 GRENOBLE CEDEX 9
