Online Pre-Hiring Declaration for Agricultural Employees (DPAE-MSA) (Online Service)

Allows employers of the scheme agricultural, with the exception of those who use the simplified agricultural employment title (Tesa), to carry out the compulsory formalities for hiring an employee, before taking up his actual post or during the probationary period and at the earliest 8 days before hiring.

Replaces the Single Declaration of Employment (DUE-MSA) and the DUE-MSA for a full-time CDD (the Cerfa No. 12556 is no longer in force).
