The remote declaration of the deposit statement is mandatory. Companies should not file paper statements.
Allows the payment of the EFA in two installments to be paid before June 15 and September 15, each representing 50% of the contribution due for the tax year, calculated on the basis of the value added mentioned in the last income tax return filed.
Advance payments are not due if the CVAE does not exceed 3 000 €.
Companies who pay the CVAE (earning more than €500,000 of CA) must make the declaration and payment by electronic means.
