Application for administrative authorization to cut wood or cut down trees (Form 12530*03)

This authorization concerns any owner of a forest placed under the special arrangements provided for in Articles L312-1 to L312-3, L312-9, L312-10 and L124-5 of the Forestry Code for any cutting or cutting of trees, with the exception of the cutting of wood for the owner's rural and domestic consumption.

Warning

The slaughter authorization must not be confused with the clearance authorization.
