Legal deposit declaration - Publisher books and other non-periodic documents (Form 10069*04)

3 copies to be attached to the deposited book.
The first copy of the declaration is returned to the applicant upon receipt of the document, bearing a deposit number certifying that you have fulfilled the legal deposit obligations.
The second copy is used as a basis for the bibliographical processing of the document: the information contained in the declaration is entered in the bibliographical note appearing in the BNF catalog.
The third copy is archived and is freely available to applicants, authors and their respective successors in title.
