Declaration of Agricultural Disasters and Claim for Compensation (Telecalam) (Online Service)
Allows farmers whose farm is located in a recognized disaster area to report on-line losses of agricultural production caused by a weather hazard, to apply for compensation from the Agricultural Disaster Guarantee Fund, and to calculate the amounts of losses and compensation.
The request can also be made using cerfa forms to be sent to the Departmental Directorate of the Territories (DDT).
