Offers free online access to advertisements published since 2008 in the Official Civil and Commercial Advertising Newsletter (Bodacc), which publishes documents recorded in the Commercial and business Register (RCS):
- Sales and Divestiture
- Registration and establishment creation
- Amendments and deletions of natural or legal persons listed in the Trade and businesses Register (SCR)
- Collective procedures, conciliation procedures, professional recovery procedures
- Notice of deposit of businesses' accounts
The advertisements, which are available in HTML format and downloadable in PDF format, come from the public registries of court registries.
The website bodacc.fr also distributes the personal recovery notices. Under the procedure for over-indebtedness of individuals, the duration of the advertisements is 2 months and 1 day for notices without judicial liquidation and 6 months and 1 day for notices with judicial liquidation. Beyond that, this information is no longer accessible.
The site bodacc.fr also allows you to create for free an Alert account. This makes it possible to monitor commercial advertisements published to the Bodac by receiving daily all advertisements published corresponding to the predefined search criteria. It is also possible tosave searches so you don't have to enter them every time you visit the site.
