Employers who transport all or part of their employees (at least 5 employees) from their home to the permanent place of work (fixed installations, offices, company workshops) may claim the reimbursement for the transport payment. Employees must actually use the collective means of transport set up by the employer on a regular basis, on the way out and back.

Transport must be carried out by means of vehicles intended exclusively for the transport of persons.

Employees who use an additional means of transport (public or personal) between the residence and the pick-up point and employees whose walking distance between the residence and the pick-up point exceeds 500 meters in urban areas and approximately 1 000 meters in rural or low density areas are excluded from reimbursement.

Travel specific to the activity of the company (transport on site, movement from one work site to another...) is not reimbursed.
