Fee for pollution of water of non-domestic origin livestock activities - Declaration of activity (Form 13746*05)

Allows farmers with livestock activities for bovine, porcine and poultry-palmipeds to declare their livestock for the purpose of calculating the non-domestic water pollution charge for livestock activities levied by the Water Agency in application of the principle of prevention and the principle of repair of environmental damage.

The fee is payable to any holding with a population of 90 livestock units (LU) or more and a load of more than 1,4 LU per ha of UAA (the threshold is 150 LU in mountain areas)
