The manager of the connecting tobacco outlet who does not distribute cigars may authorize the reseller establishment attached to him to obtain supplies from another tobacco outlet.
Document to be completed and signed in 1 original copy.
This copy shall be delivered by the manager of the tobacco outlet to the retailer who keeps it.
The reseller must send a copy to the local customs and indirect duty department to which he is attached.
