SIGALE - Arms Transfer and Export Licenses (Online Service)
A company wishing to export or transfer war materiel and related materiel must obtain a license, through the SIGALE (Information, Management and Administration of Export Licenses System) system, prior to the signing of any contract and prior to the physical export of defense products.
This online approach allows for the filing and amendment of applications for arms transfer and export licenses (accessible subject to having an operator profile validated by the Administration). It also allows operators to declare their intention to use a general license.
