Online declaration of the activity of a company trading in forest reproductive material (Online service)
In order to be able to market forest reproductive material (seeds, seedlings, cuttings and tree planks) in France, it is necessary to first declare its activity to the regional prefect (DRAAF) where the headquarters of the company carrying out this activity is located. Since this activity is subject to control by the State administration, a declaration of activity prior to the sale is essential.
