Ask for the DGCCRF's opinion on your terms and conditions for informing the consumer about prices (Online Service)

You need to know if your pricing poster to your customers complies with the regulations in force.

  1. You must complete the contact form on the DGCCRF website.
    On the site you must select "Administrative procedures", then "Professional requests" and "Obtain a prescription regarding the display of prices"
  2. You must attach the completed Cerfa No. 15787 to this form.

You receive an answer in a time limit of 2 months from the date of receipt of the complete dossier.
