Certificate of availability of fishing licenses issued by the Maritime Fisheries and Marine Farms Committees (Form 15800*03)

France has introduced a system for the dematerialization of fishing authorizations and Community fishing licenses.

Such authorizations and licenses shall be issued by computer. They are no longer mandatory on board fishing vessels.

The list of vessels holding such authorizations and licenses shall be available to all inspection services.

For this purpose, controllers may contact the French National Fisheries Monitoring Center (CNSP)
