Allows for a case-by-case review to be requested prior to conducting an environmental assessment of a project, either using the online service or the application form.
Please note
This online approach does not apply to proposed modifications or extensions of activities, installations, works or works that are subject to specific authorizations (Articles L181-1, L 512-7, L 555-1 and L-593-7 of the Environmental Code). In this case, the developer must contact the competent department (Article L171-8) which will determine whether the project is subject to an environmental assessment.
