When applying for approval, the provider must complete a scientific justification file. The Ministry responsible for research shall make available a nomenclature that the company must use to correctly qualify the operation for which the application for approval is made.

The average processing time of an application for approval file is 8 months. He runs from the moment the file is complete. It is therefore not necessary to send reminder emails before this time period has elapsed.

For a 1st request

The 1re demand approval must be addressed to the ministry responsible for research before 31 march of the year so that it applies to the current year. In the case of an application made after 31 March, approval shall be granted from the following year.

For Renewal

The request for renewal of a license must be addressed to the Ministry responsible for research between 15 August andon 30 november of the last year during which the authorization previously granted is valid.
