Application for reimbursement of the CTBT (SIDECAR Web) for road hauliers located in France or in Europe (goods and persons) (Online service)

You have to create user account on the Customs website.

You must then send a completed and signed membership and entitlement agreement to the department responsible for processing your refund requests.
