Application for reimbursement of the CTBT (SIDECAR Web) for road hauliers located in France or in Europe (goods and persons)

You have to create user account on the Customs website.

You must then send a completed and signed membership and entitlement agreement to the department responsible for processing your refund requests.

FYI  

The application is only made online through this approach concerning consumption up to 31 december 2024 and for non-prescribed periods (consumptions for the last quarter of 2022, 2023 and 2024).

For consumption from 1er January 2025, the elements for obtaining the CTBT refund must be completed on theannex n°3310-TIC to the VAT return. For more information, the tax department has made available a dedicated page.
