Lists all information relating to publicly traded businesses, banking and financial institutions (financial transactions, notices of general meetings, annual accounts).

Allows you to post an ad for publication in BALO and view all listings :

  • Periodic publication of accounting documents (annual and half-yearly accounts, turnover, etc.)
  • Announcements related to financial transactions (securities issues, mergers, divisions, etc.)
  • Summons and other notices
  • Opinion of the Official Bulletin of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) published before Decree No 2009-1409 of 17 November 2009
