File a company Credit Mediation (Online Service)

To enter the credit ombudsman, you must submit a file online.

To complete your application, please obtain the following information:

  • Contact details of the company (address, telephone), sector of activity (NAF code), legal form, capital, number of employees, Siren number, date of creation
  • Financial information: turnover, net income, total bank debt outstanding to each of your banks, amount of own funds for the last 2 financial years, cash position for the next 6 months.
