Calculate and declare the Egapro (Online Service) occupational equality index

The Ministry responsible for labor has developed the tool Egapro, which allows all companies with at least 50 employees to:

  • Calculate their occupational equality index
  • Declare their occupational equality index
  • Declare progress targets or corrective measures, for companies with an index of less than 85 points
